2 good songs??? Every album he has has at least 1 good song on it, and with the exception of a handful, nearly every album he's dropped has been legendary. If I had to ballpark, I'd say Kanye West has about 65 good songs. He is the greatest rapper, if not musician of this generation, if not all time. That's hands down.

My issue isn't with niggas in music as much as it is with the claim that Kanye is this untouchable godlike musical mastermind who even Beethoven would bow down to. Best rapper of his generation? Sure but there is a massive gap between the best rapper of x period of time and the best musician of all time.

I like Kanye's first five albums fine (MBDTF and Graduation especially) but anyone saying he's the best rapper or musician of all time is just a deluded fanboy. Especially in the wake of his recent musical output.

Kanye peaked between 2007-2011 with Graduation, 808s, MBDTF, and Watch the Throne. He’s been meandering around ever since. His shit from 20 years ago, with the chipmunk beats, aged like milk. Lyrically he’s never been any good but in terms of production, those few years were very good.

I do agree that 07-11 is still the best era for Ye honestly, These four albums you've mentioned are some of my favorite albums. I'd say the two experimental albums that came out after said era, Life of Pablo and Yeezus are very interesting listens and they both have bangers there, even if they are obvious shitpost material
