God Ye is fucking hilarious.

But I can't get over him downplaying the stuff P Diddy did. Saying, and I'm paraphrasing, "I haven't worked with anyone who hasn't had an altercation with their woman" is selling short what Diddy is getting screwed for. He was seen beating and dragging the hair of his ex. What adds insult to injury is that he lied about it to everyone until the surveillance came out and conjured up some story about going to therapy and coming to God or something. Unless he's saying that all rappers beat their wives, which is based to say about rap artists.

West also seems to be feigning accountability from what led to his skewed relationship with the music industry, even though much of what he says about the Jews and the music business has merit.

He might try to pass it off that way in the future but there's not really any art to this, he's just copying offensive stuff without making any real effort to transform it artistically. He's complaining about his real life problems and linking them to controversial conspiracy theories. It's pretty obvious what he's doing. I think at best if he ever got his act together he could get a pass for mental illness given how transparently manic he is.

Its interesting you mention that given the idea of Kanye walking this stuff back later. This excuse seems to always work for rappers who get into legal trouble for awhile, R. Kelly often used this excuse too and would always pump out a shitty gospel record to get his female fans to handwave his latest controversy. I wonder if it would work for him given this is his second manic tardout?

It definitely sounds a bit desperate in tone, but he also can’t seriously say Bianca come back without adding some high-pitched tune so it doesn’t seem like he’s being serious. Bro, you made her show up at broadcasted award ceremony in a dress that effectively made her naked. What the fuck makes you think she wants to stay? You didn’t put Kim through that shit.
