I just wanted to add on to this. I have 3 kids and even with two generous incomes, it's VERY expensive and hard on the pocket book. I had my 3rd and last baby in August 2015. Just to prepare the essentials to receive him, it's cost well over $2,000. Factor in a complete wardrobe change every 3 months, diapers, wipes, toys, etc, and it becomes astronomical. We've probably spent, without medical costs, over $10,000, easily, in less than a year. Jabba Julay won't have very much left over to buy all her ridiculous weeb merch anymore, increase in welfare or no.
With the other 2, it's a new wardrobe ($$$$$) every season because they grow quickly. $3 - 4,000 in school uniforms every year, our friggin' grocery bill every month is about $1200, and everything else also equates to more money out of pocket. Families are expensive.
That's just the money side of it. Now for time. Most of it will be devoted to the constant needs and wants of another human being. (Julay probably can't wrap her tiny little brain around that concept.) Even with just one child, your waking hours will be either entertaining, feeding, bathing, or playing catch-up with housework. (hahahahaha haaaaaa) And that's before they're school-aged. No more schedules based on your needs and wants. Being even an OKAY parent requires being kind, patient, and putting yourself on the back burner most of the time and she is obviously completely incapable of doing that. I really hope her Fallopian tubes are so clogged with fat that an egg can never pass through them.
