I'm going to say no. Canadia's national healthcare has a process for transition, and he cannot possibly have begun HRT yet because he's not even making an attempt to live as a woman. He doesn't even shave his face. From looking at these photos and the things he does/says, my personal opinion is he's a transvestite tranny rather than a transgender tranny but calls himself the latter because he doesn't understand the difference...or thinks it makes him sound cool.
:powerlevel: I'm married to a Canuckian; one of his childhood friends is MtF and is in the process of transition right now. I had occasion to talk to her about it recently, and she described a bit about the process she's going through:
- She had to make an appointment with a doctor who's a trans specialist. It's a 2 year wait, and I think it's safe to assume there's a wait in other provinces too. She can't get HRT until then.
- Her MtF therapist said she had to begin living as a woman full-time to meet the criteria. The minimum recommendation: keep her face shaved, adopt a non-masculine name, and come out. This is to show she's ready and willing to do what it takes to transition and that she's genuine.
- So, she came out. She came out to her conservative family...to her ultra-bro friends...to her redneck boss. She began living and dressing as a woman all the time.

lmao, I don't know why but this is like the perfect description for Julie. It really hammers in the point that she's basically the female equivalent of the jobless recluse types who are like 30 and still live with their parents that you see on Wizardchan or /r9k/ (the only difference being she gets sex way more often than those loveshy fags do)

My tard-speak is a little rusty but I believe the moral of the story is this- Don't remind Julie she owes (or will owe) you money, or you won't get it. Also step-mom and dad confirmed exceptional individuals for teaching her this.

Like... do adults really get bent out of shape over giving people money? You don't loan money you need. Julie is blowing a gasket over gas money and gas station sushi and how her parents are obligated to get her bank account out of the red. Why does she even HAVE a bank account? She doesn't have a job, she doesn't have bills. It's pretty obvious she just uses it to buy whatever fickle crap she wants, and brow beats her parents or granny into paying the overdraft fees. God she's exasperating.

But you have to remember that Julie is a diagnosed autistic, and autistic people have troubles with feeling empathy for others and putting themselves in other people's shoes.
Like, yeh, to you and me helping people out, especially people close to us, is basically instinct at this point, but Julie doesn't have the proper awareness to understand issues like that. And I doubt she ever will. At this rate, common social conventions are just completely lost on Julie. Like, say, not posting your disgusting nudes where everyone can see them, or not being a massive dick to your grandmother who you're also dependent on.
