Jules, I'm thinking that post might have been directed at me. If so, re-read it. I was making a statement, not a threat. And it was addressed to goddess mikey, not you.

It's a fact that one cannot consent to what can be lasting physical harm in Ontario.
Superficial flogging etc are allowed, but not choking or other such acts of overcoming by force.

Okay, I'll confess that I'm not familiar with the law on that side of the world. However, I've known some people in the BDSM scene and it's a thing, apparently. A highly disturbing thing but it is done. Erotic asphyxiation has been around for a very, very long time, but from what I gather, it isn't always practiced with the hands, but usually with a ligature or weight on the chest. The issue here is not what Julie or Mank do to get off; it's to do whether Julie has the ability to understand and provide informed consent (which IMHO she can't) and if Mank will eventually murder one of his victims whoops I mean partners this way (highly likely). Choking during sex might not be legal from a technical POV (and I'm taking your word for it that it is) but if it's done (psuedo) consensually, I sincerely doubt anyone is going to go to court over it.

Btw I was really disappointed today, the horror show looked so promising but just fizzled out...unless you count her scooterin along to the police station and scaring all the townsfolk....(Police headquarters is in a very busy part of town ) can't imagine what she looked like or what people thought as she scooted up and then proceeded to stink up the station with her overwhelming vag wafting everywhere and the fact she put on cologne instead of deodorant.
