I really don't think there's much that could help her anymore, barring some tragic event that shocks her back to reality. She's gotten away with too much for too long and has developed a pattern of abusing any kind of help she can get. Unless something truly awful happens, like Grandma dying or Mike seriously hurting her, like within an inch of her life, I don't think she is any more capable of getting better than Chris-chan is.
And even if Mike really hurt her, unless that meant mandatory counseling I think she would just use the story for more asspats.

Unfortunately that's what I believe too... she almost needs to hit her own rock bottom like an addict to see what she needs to change to have a happy and successful life. I've shared resources, advice even offered a place to stay. She doesn't see how her choices are creating the crazy reality she's in. She doesnt accept the help or even see anything wrong with their behaviors or actions. .. it's almost impossible not t o want to give up eventually.

I'd just love to see Julie and Mike trying to bring this into court. God knows, if they ever find a lawyer who isn't going to stifle his or her laughter when they flatly tell them outright "You don't have a case", they're only going to self destruct in a courtroom once Julie starts getting too aggravated with being asked a bunch of questions about her behavior online. And let's not even mention some of the things Mike has done in the past which could also be brought up in court.
I find it amusing that they think they can sue or have people arrested for saying true things. I don't know the intricacies of Canadian defamation law, but I think you can use the truth as defense there.
I'd like to add, the threats of court and getting the law involved have yet to happen, like they said they were going to do. Julie and Mike are all bark and no bite because they know if they bite, they'll get bit right back since they're committing crimes themselves.

I don't know what animals raised this brat, but taking something that isn't yours is, by definition, stealing. If the owner of the blanket has proof that it is theirs, then they could bring Julie to court for stolen property.

I'd love to talk to some police officers, I get along with them just fine.....ask michael....about the time he called the cops and I talked him and the cops out of doing anything. Or the time Tianna called the cops and I explained everything to them and they almost arrested her...that was one of the funniest nights of my life....This hooker calls the cops on me cause we had a dispute and she acted crazy the whole time, I was calm, collected and stated my case with poise....They turned on her, she eventually threw a big plastic cup at the cops and me. it was nuts when she threw the cup at the cops I thought they were gonna snap, but she just stormed off into her bedroom and actually said shes gonna take more sleeping pills than she should trying to say she was hurting herself...the cops were just happy she was out of the room.
