I'm torn between wanting her trashy life to continue being broadcast like a Canuck version of Jerry Springer, and wanting some of those relatives to rescue her from that rapey fuck-hovel and get her on meds and therapy. Seriously, does no one in her life care that she's got some 29 year old faux-trans shitheel beating the fuck out of her as punishment on top of a pile of garbage?

Even that stranger on Fetlife seems to care about her wellbeing more than anyone in her life.
 
I think if people try to step in, she goes bat shit crazy and they get a little nervous about it. And she is 18, so they may just ignore it because "oh well she's an adult". I'm not sure. Her grandma seems to try but Julie lashes out at her when she does.
 
I just think it's hilarious how she wants everything about her life to be "private" and yet doesn't know how to change the privacy settings on her own social networking websites. You only caught kiwifarms' attention because of your foolish behaviors, not because we are "stalkers".

No one tracked you down.
No one went out of their way to find you.
No one is stalking you.

You claiming that people are stalking you is dubious and abhorrent and delusional. How can we stalk someone who constantly has everything set to public? If we read and observe information from a Wikipedia article regarding a celebrity or musician, does this mean that we are stalking them too since, like your Facebook posts, information concerning them is in the public domain?

I thoroughly enjoy the fact that a relative finally replied on her status concerning the farms, the way you treat others and especially your grandmother is appalling and subhuman. You are a grown woman (and I use this term lightly) literally picking on an elderly lady constantly.

Julie probably needs to be committed at this point in order for any real change to happen. Put her in a stable environment, get her on medication, monitor her responses, and then once she's in a more stable state of mind see if there's any hope in proceeding with therapy/what have you. Thing is, you can't commit someone against their will for an extended period of time (more than 72 hours, at least that's the law in the States). So if Julie doesn't want to be there and isn't under a court order then no hospital can legally keep her. She does still have her rights, after all.

So barring some kind of massive intervention from her family there's not much hope for her getting better. They seem to be of the mindset that if they just keep everything out of the public eye then it can be successfully ignored. An attitude that helps no one in this scenario.

Also, there's a couple of possibilities as to why she hasn't commented on the accusations she made against her brother:

1) She made them up, and if her family gets wind that she's been spreading a vile lie about her easily identifiable family members to strangers on the internet it will be enough incentive for them to actually take action. Whatever that action entails will certainly not be something that Julie likes.

2) It actually happened and (despite her trying to pass it off as a "normal" thing in the FetLife post) she feels some kind of shame or trauma over it ergo her wish to avoid the subject. It could also mean that she's afraid of her brother and fears he could retaliate against her leaking their "secret" to not only their family but everyone with access to the internet.

Julie is a friend online. I meet her through a facebook group. I use to actually dislike her, but she was respectful to me because I was to her. I like her just fine now. If it's none of our business then who is Julie trying to reach over FetLife and Facebook? She has everything set to public so that everyone can see it. If it's so private then why make her life accessible to literally everyone?
