We have great privacy laws. Your ISP will not even be contacted, and even if they get your IP, they wouldn't know what to do with it.

I'm so glad this thread was reopened, Terryberry is unique blend of idiotic and sad. I know this is optimistic at best but I hope she gets the nerve to make an account here. I'd love to here her reasoning for her tl:dr rants on Facebook or what she thinks she's gaining from them. Bonus points if Mike joins in on the action in this thread.

That's what gets me about our new :julay: ...

The venomous, hateful personality is awful enough but that sense of entitlement is just *unreal*. She honestly believes that her grandmother (who is giving her a place to live) should also be feeding her, putting up with her ridiculous bullshit, not requiring that she follow any rules, and not have any expectations for her. Wow, just wow.

I don't use Facebook and I'm certainly not going to set up a fetlife profile. Any way we can convince this one to start up a YouTube channel?
 
I feel very, very bad for her grandmother. In fact, given how volatile Julie is, I'm actually concerned for her grandmother's physical safety. When the time comes to expel the freeloading bitch and her abusive boyfriend from her home, I hope she has some younger relatives on hand to protect her when Julie goes ballistic.

Let's not forget Julie has back up from her pedo boyfriend. While I doubt Mike would attack anyone remotely capable of standing up to him an elderly woman would be fair game.

That's why I hope when she kicks them out (and Julie indicated a deadline had been set) she has some backup of her own. Also, Julie strikes me as the type who would make up a horrible story about being abused (and Mike would happily supply the bruises) by her grandmother, so it would be good to have multiple witnesses as well as protection. I don't know how it works in Canada, but here, if you let someone stay with you for a certain period of time, you can't just kick them out, you have to actually go through the process of evicting them. But on the plus side, you can get the county sheriff to enforce the eviction.

Most places have certain laws that protect a tenant from being summarily kicked out but the question is does Grimace here actually pay rent? If she does then she might be covered under her province's laws. If she doesn't pay rent then she probably has no right to stay there unless she can show that there was some agreement with her Grandmother to let her stay as long as she needs to.

And even then, if it was a verbal agreement and never actually written down there's probably not much she can do to fight it. Of course if this ever was taken to court all her Grandmother needs to do is show all these tweets and facebook posts that Grimace has made and the judge will rule in her Grandmother's favor.

In short, Grimace is fucked.

The laws regarding this in Canada are something I'm curious about, in this case I'm sure it's a moot point. Terryberry and Mike are not going into a court of law, screeching and chimp outs are more their style

On the subject of the law and Mike, are arrest records public record in Canada? My gut tells me he has a humorous rap sheet.

Where I'm from, even if someone isn't paying rent, once they've stayed with you for a certain time (I think it's a month) you can't just kick them out. You have to evict them.
 
Just a minor clarification so we can get back on track: I did not get dox'd by Julie or Mike. They simply threatened to call the police on Facebook, and Julie "stalked" my profile on here for a few hours and went back to sleep at 2 PM as she always does.
