Most provinces have graduated license systems. So you start off with a babby license where you need a fully licensed driver with you at all times to teach you and you can't drive with anyone else. Then you do a test and get the next license, where you can have other people in the car but you may not be allowed to drive after midnight and you have to have 0.0 blood alcohol level. Then maybe you do another test and you get the full license with no restrictions. Sometimes there's minimum times (months or years) you have to stay in a stage before you can move on to the next, and some provinces require you to do driving school to move up to the next level too.

I know lots of people stuck at that second stage because tests cost money and you can get away without doing them if you don't get caught out at the wrong time.

And loans won't give a shit about your license level, but your insurance company will.
 
If she's letting you live in her house, then yes, she gets to say how you spend your money unless you're paying rent. Dear god what a brat.
 
I honestly am scared for julay right now. She is no naive. She does not see that mike is using her for money. Isn't there a law against taking advantage of the mentally challenged??? So she said in her chimp rant that "so she never even answered if my plan worked but fuck it if mikes willing to tell me, I'll tell her how much was added to his cheque" so our goddess won't disclose how much money he is raking in from julay.... And @ninjasinpajamas is correct, Mike's got his little racket, which is abuse. It makes me mad, because it's stuff like this that ends up cutting off people who truly need services to get them; messes like these two game the system and become the example of "why we can't have nice things" come election time when voters are out for blood and want to cut program costs.

Julie, since you'll see this eventually, birth control is used for more than preventing getting pregnant by some man child's dick. It helps prevent uterine cancer and helps with cramps and pain.
