And why the fuck does she never use mascara or do her brows? Instead of spending time gluing 20 rhinestones to her face, or smearing red lipstick over 20% of her visible skin, just adding mascara and some brow cleanup would make her look slightly less 'tarded.

She's always gonna be special in the face, though. I'm not with those who think she's got the ability to clean up well, or at all.

It would be a better picture if she was actually wearing a blouse or a nice dress and not something that looks like an XXXL version of something you find in the toddler section of Old Navy.

C'mon, baby steps here. I don't think she'll ever be normal, but with actual support, I think she could live on her own. She needs a therapist or someone professional to teach her that her parents are both shitheels that fucked up raising her, her boyfriends are almost all abusers, and her actions are going to get her fucking murdered and left in a ditch someday.

To make a comparison, right now Julie is an untrained puppy with an owner that beats her, so she humps everything in sight, eats garbage she finds, and shits and pisses everywhere. With some positive reinforcement and a behavioral professional, she might actually not be an unholy terror. She'll never be a show dog, but she might be trained how to be allowed off leash in public.

That's because she doesn't know how to apply lipstick. It's like she just globs it on her lips without trying to stay in the lines.

She'd almost be better off without the lipstick, imo.

Yeah this one really floors me. I got the impression that she goes in the bathroom, finds random (maybe normal, maybe not) vaginal discharge in her underwear, and thinks it means that she was having orgasms and didn't know it. At least that's what her jumble of words/thoughts seem to indicate.
 
@Rogue I've said it before but a group home would be the best bet. It's not even a bad thing.
Group homes can really help if you don't struggle and put in an effort, it can be a really rewarding experince. of course there will be residents that are into bad stuff, but keep to your own drama and let it do its purpose you can come out of it a better rounded person, they teach you everything you need to know.
 
Let's be realistic. Julie is never going to end up in a group home. It would cost too much to house and baby sit a woman who would be more than capable of taking herself, if she would get over her laziness and shit attitude. What's really going to happen is once Grans kicks her out/dies, Julie is going to move from one man to the next, fucking her way into shelter and food. Best case scenario, eventually she'll become too old or too much of an obeast for men to want her, so she'll be forced into a menial job and a skuzzy apartment.

At first I was going to say how fucked up and shitty it is to say that someone should cover their scars just because you don't like seeing them. There's nothing wrong with scars, and they tell a story about a person. Usually people with visible scars get really self-conscious about them, and there's something really brave about showing a flaw.

Then I remembered this is Julay we're talking about, and she probably got that scar when she asked her boyfriend to be the shit out of her.

She cut her own neck open and posted it on facebook. Which facebook won't remove. Even though it is the exact definition of self harm. And she has got a big one of her chest that she gave herself.
