Crime Josh Duggar Arrested - 19 Years and Counting?

Josh Duggar is in custody in Arkansas federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The reality star was arrested Thursday by federal agents in Washington County, and he's being held in a detention center without bail.

We've obtained Duggar's mug shot, showing the former reality star posing with a bizarre smirk.

As we reported ... back in November 2019, Homeland Security agents were crawling around the car dealership where Duggar works in Arkansas, raiding his office in connection to a federal probe.

Josh's only current legal dispute, as far as we know, is a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud. It would appear his latest arrest is for something far more severe, though it's unclear exactly why he's been taken in.

Basically none. Fogel pled guilty, and got a 15 year sentence, plus a minimum of over a decade in prison. Josh has pled not guilty, so there will be no leniency in his sentencing. The prosecutors are going to go for maximum in everything they can.

Let's be real here: these people were NEVER pro-life. They are perfectly fine with people dying by preventable means if it doesn't disturb their own comfort and power. People like this hoard whatever wealth they can get their hands on instead of using it to improve or save the lives of others. These are the same people who, when discussing Healthcare, had one of their own wonder why natal and pre-natal care should be provided by health insurance, being a "woman thing" and all (conveniently forgetting that, uh, men are born too), it's why they are so staunchly in favor of denying social services to impoverished kids, why they observe the prosperity gospel, why they tolerate grifting sacks of shit like Kenneth Copeland.

This is about controlling women, and always has been. According to PACER, the judge who will be overseeing the criminal trial is Judge Timothy L. Brooks.

I don't see Duggar getting a sort of 'Sweetheart" deal, but I do expect the whole case to end in some sort of plea deal.

When he does go to prison Duggar will probably go to one of those 'special case' prisons full of pedos, but I don't see it being much help to him. Even pedos have standards and will draw the line at child snuff.

I don't agree with your conclusion that notoriety = less likely to be in circulation. The content is not a physical item that needs to be created, the supply became unlimited the second it was uploaded to the internet. And it's notoriety IMO means that it's more likely to be shared by thrill seeking degenerates who treat this shit like it's a game. I think he simply found one of the dozens of child pornography site on the deepweb, got in good with them (hopefully getting in good didn't involve making content with his own children ) and from there they opened the floodgates for him.
