I beleive if you are wanted in Canada and you go and hide in the states the RCMP can literally march into the states, find you and drag you back to Canada.

I vaguely recall hearing that, but I don't know if it's true. I would imagine there's some agreement between the US and Canada that allows the RCMP and the US Border Patrol to work together in both countries in these kinds of matters so that the Mounties can operate in the US in certain situations and the Border Patrol can do the same in Canada.

I think it might be a case of, if criminal commits crime in Canada an tried to cross the border the RCMP can follow them but can't arrest them an must contact the US police and it would only be serious crimes.
I know nothing about this law but it's how I imagine a law like that working.

Certainly there are extradition treaties between the two. I know that when wanted criminals from Mexico are captured in the USA (or vice versa), the cops notify the criminal's native nation's police, then march them over the international border into their hands.
1 - He's probably on bail or some sort of pre-trial probation for his crimes. That's, most likely, an obvious red flag for any border patrol officer. Also if he doesn't have a passport, he can't cross the border anyway. You need one to go into or out of America or Canada nowadays.
2 - He believes this is going to be the magic pill that solves everything. If you can't change yourself, it doesn't matter where you go. People will still see you as someone unworthy of their time.
3 - He thinks women have "lower expectations" in America. A man who doesn't take care of himself physically, mentally, or financially who has a terrible sense of fashion, does nothing but whine, and is (probably) extremely uncomfortable to be around doesn't exactly attract women to you. Wherever you are. How many MRA's have yearned for a mail-order wife because she'll have "lower standards"? Same rule applies.

Probably heard people in the Canadian maritimes making fun of Mainers in a tongue in cheek manner and took it seriously that they must be ingrates because he's an autist.
Yeah, he won't be allowed in the US at all. And if he slips in illegally, well, I'm sure for such a serious charge the RCMP would request the local PD grab him, turn him over to the US Marshals and they would haul him back to the border where the RCMP would drag him back to face trial.
