This is just my opinion, but I think that pedophilia is much worse than the Yoshi anal and it could have some very disturbing real-life consequences.

From what I understand, it's a multinational effort. There's been a series of stings in the States too. Kiddy fiddlers just can't seem to resist talking about it with people they think are of like mind.
I guess "making child porn available" means he was hosting it or distributing it somehow?

Looks like he was planning to relocate to the States. I wonder if he suspected he was about to be busted for kiddie-porn, and thought he'd be harder to arrest if he was out of Canada?

If it's anything like UK law that could constitute downloading it, then again he could have shared it with some one posing as a nonce who was really a police officer.

As long as the sentence if / when he is found guilty involves the words "Wood Chipper" an "Feet first" I'll be happy.
