To be clear, this is just a rumor. NOTHING is confirmed. Now with that being said, it would explain the Not Guilty plea that was taken. But I'm mainly skeptical of this rumor because considering how slow the beast is, I'd think they'd let him off if this was really just about some drawings. I've read articles about autistic people who've download actual CP, but later had the charges dismissed because of the persons mental state.

It was a "He didn't know what he was doing" thing.

Joseph lives in Canada though, and AFAIK the child pornography laws there do apply to drawn porn, and I've heard of cases of men being prosecuted for attempting to smuggle lolicon doujin that they bought at anime conventions in the U.S. and even a pro-incest advocate (in the UK) who was jailed for having Simpsons incest porn on his computer.

That would be a blessing for him for people to just forget about him. He's basically nothing but a big joke to so many.

TJ mentioned Canada CP laws as well.
 
I've still not seen any updates to his trial. I think the rumors about this whole situation being about drawings were true, and he ended up getting off. It would explain the "Not Guilty" plea that he took. If this was indeed about drawings and not actual CP, I wouldn't be shocked if he got off. He's clearly not all there mentally, and he probably really had no idea what he was doing. I do wonder where the "making child pornography available" charge came from. Only thing I can think of, if this really was just about drawings, is he posted the drawings on some art site and he just got reported.

He also hasn't been on Twitter since mid-October when his account was discovered by The DP Wiki and people began fucking with him. So I think his twitter days are over. Publicly anyway.
 
UPDATE: He's not in jail and probably got off with a smack on the hand. Finally got back in contact with him and he's on the search for a GF and in his own words "Is working on losing weight and becoming a a pop punk character".

Time for an update on our favorite LOLcow!

I've finally gotten to the bottom of his porn charges. He got pictures from chat roulette or Chatzy and he got hit with the charges and was given conditions. His conditions were supposed to end in June but that has been changed to September so there's an answer to that.

He also got trolled again (not surprised) and recorded himself jerking off and sent the video to the troll. I believe it has been uploaded to a porn site but I'm not sure which one it was so ill update when I can track it.

But other than that,things have been radio silent and communications with him have slowed down.
