Before his big blitz in the United States I remember coming across one of Jordan's speeches on personality disorders while he was still a psychologist. There was such a mocking tone from this man that I didn't expect from a professional. He really did look down on his patients.

Why would you go to Russia for that?

Also: Russia has a pharmacopoeia that, I guess because of the iron curtain, seems like it exists in some kind of a mirror universe. All sorts of drugs, including benzos, that exist nowhere else, at least outside of research. Maybe there's an answer there, too?

Because North American doctors don't want to risk this when there's an accepted and pretty safe procedure for helping someone get off benzos even if it's difficult for them. But he wanted a fucking detox cleanse style that turned into a week in an induced coma because Russian doctors probably like to wing it.

This is the guy who claimed that drinking cider made him unable to sleep for nearly a month due to the negative reaction with his body chemistry or some shit. At some point he's confused himself for a medical doctor who should be designing his own treatment plans.
 
It sounds like that all-beef miracle diet sure solved his problems.

His daughter is still promoting that ludicrous diet too. She comes off as being as smart as a bag of hammers and a complete quack.

She seems pretty pleased that the Russians weren't scared to detox him and put him in a coma, but it sounds like he's completely fucked now. Being sick and unable to walk or type isn't a good medical outcome.

It sounds like going to a sketchy Russian clinic and being put in a coma nearly killed him. At least he wasn't mentally disabled and bed-ridden before then.
