Peterson has apparently had his application to the Ontario Court of Appeals dismissed, closing his legal battle in arguing that the College of Psychologists shouldn't be able to threaten his licensure if he doesn't complete remedial "social medial training" with a regulator-appointed "coach" at his own expense and for an indefinite amount of time (until the regulator-affiliated coach is satisfied enough to sign off).

The administrative sanctions against him stem from complaints made by Internet randos whom were never his patients about his tweets about the trooning of Ellen Page and fat swimsuit models.

The article implies the Appeals Court denied to hear his appeal and that he has exhausted all legal avenues.

The OG lower court ruling was full of doublespeak: claiming the mandatory training at his expense under threat of delicensing wasn't disciplinary because the regulator called it educational instead of punitive. The judge also ruled that Peterson's free expression rights weren't being infringed by his regulator, but they were within their rights to punish him for legal speech they deemed unprofessional.

Peterson hasn't commented publicly yet AFAIK.

The legal battle ia academic since Peterson closed his Ontario psychology practice in 2017.

Peterson has refused to meet his regulator's demands but still holds licensure AFAIK.

This is just "theater" at this point. Any MD has to follow a Profesional code or they're canned. A psychologist especially works with vulnerable people and teasing fat chick's and trans people on the internet is not a way to maintain a professional license.

He acts like rules don't apply to him and he's a target. If anyone in his field acted like him on social media they'd never be able to practice again.

The other referenced often is Peterson calling Ellen Page's surgeon a "criminal surgeon", but I didn't find the original (maybe he deleted it for fear of defamation?).

Found this list of College-cited concerns in their investigation in a CBC article . Apparently the College also cited that he was transphobic in a Joe Rogan clip.

Complaints to college

Last year, the college launched an investigation into Peterson after receiving public complaints about statements he had made on Twitter.

The complaints centred on tweets Peterson had made about public health restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic and his appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast. The panel followed up on the concerns, examined other tweets Peterson had made and noted particular concern with a series of statements that included:

- Referring to Catherine McKenney, an Ottawa city councillor, who prefers to use they/them pronouns, as an "appalling self-righteous moralizing thing."

- A tweet in which he used the dead name of actor Elliot Page, stating: "Remember when pride was a sin. And Ellen Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal physician."

- A tweet in which he referred to Gerald Butts, the former principal secretary of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, as a "prik" (sic).

- His tweet in response to a Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover of a plus-sized model, in which he said: "Sorry. Not Beautiful. And no amount of authoritarian tolerance is going to change that."

In reading articles searching for the OG tweets, apparently the majority of online complainants were never his patients and don't even reside in the jurisdiction (Ontario/Canada).
 
I Yandexed Yumi Nu. She's on the heavy side but she holds it quite well. I'm not sure if she qualifies as beautiful but I doubt Jordan Peterson would turn down a half-Asian half-hour with her. If he was single. And had testicles.
 
To be honest, the forcing him to take social media training is some gay re-education shit from people that don't understand social media at all.

If they understood social media and it was an earnest path to wanting to help people, they would instead challenge the things he says in a public forum. They would want to challenge the ideas publically, so that more people could benefit from learning about this. They would in one swoop have more reach and results in one day than they do for the rest of the year.

Instead what they want, is to extract their jizya. They want him to bow like the dhimmi he is to them. Consume his time. Or if he refuses, take away his legitimancy. Even if he did say okay fuck it, lets waste the 40-80 hours they want from me. Then in the future it would become "we know he knows this is wrong, he's going against social media training, we have to retract his license".

His nonstop crying, malding and seething online is unprofessional for a psychologist and educator, which should be enough. However I’m sure there are <x> studies professors at that university who are just as bad if not worse online than him.
 
Either he's too brain fried to know better anymore or this is part of his grift.

Lawyers, doctors etc always have to give that "i am not representing...." Speech.

Shit I need to in my line of work. Jordan really needs to (and would as well in the US) but he chooses to slander people and even if he's just fried mentally he KNOWS he's got a big target on him so he should cool it with the baseless claims. Beautiful is both individually and culturally chosen.

Sure I agree with pill head she's a slam pig but, some people out there probably dig her.

After selling out to that kike little Ben I hope he does go to his be nice on Facebook training just because after that he deserves to suffer.
