Honestly, I don't rule it out. He did a number on himself with his magic no hangover cure Russian coma stunt. He came out barely able to walk.
Shorter rambling is often an early sign of that. I don't think it's "old timers".
 
People are talking about the Benzos, but I don't think they have much to do with some of his shittier new stances. I think he's just your run of the mill boomer elitist academic. Decries the attack on free speech in Canada and elsewhere, also wants it to be easier to arrest people for being "trolls" (ie. saying things that are too "extreme" for Peterson to take seriously). I and many other people live under threat of criminal action for typing mean words so fuck off, boomer. Talk bad about Jews or Israel and watch the boomers abandon their principles.

Reminder that this man put himself in a medical coma more than once to get over his benzo addiction during that whole Eastern Europe trip with Mikhalia and that he's never been as articulate as he was before that happened.
His addiction and chosen recovery process quite literally broke his brain.

Benzo addiction will turn even the smartest man into a mushmouthed retard. The withdrawal will leave you not feeling the same for years. I found the guy faggy before all this, but him being an addict makes me empathize with him a bit more.

Well yeah, but... it worked, didn't it? His main goal was to kick the benzo addiction, and as far as we know, he did. What's a few IQ points off here and there?

You are so wrong man, benzo WD leaves your brain zapping for years with tons of other,lighter side-effects.I know from experience, had the same problem and for example Heroin WD is a walk in the park compared to benzos withdrawal.

He’s now a paid shill for The Daily Wire. He has ditched his principles for a paycheck. He has no integrity whatsoever. A paid gig that he likely gets well paid for specifically to avoid debating people who could run circles around him even before the coma. I get it, it’s a nice semi-retirement gig but we’ve seen how he acts now that he’s getting paid and he’s changed in many ways. I never thought he had much in the way of integrity or principles to begin with but he really doesn’t have them now. He should be treated like any other Daily Wire employee: with derision.
 
The main thing that made me lose any potential respect for Jorp was how he so obviously let his quick fame get to his head and make him arrogant. He suddenly believed he was an authority on whatever he wanted to be. I've also seen people claim that the huge gap between what he preaches and what he practices actually doesn't harm his credibility because he better understands the struggling people he's trying to "help" - I think that's utter BS. Actions do speak louder than words, and if you can't follow your own advice and convictions then don't preach them to others or you're a hypocrite. He does love to use psychobabble and talks nonsense at times (Maps of Meaning is genuinely insane) but at least psychology is a field he has a legit claim to be educated in, when he starts talking about climate change and other crap it's just ridiculous we are expected to take what he has to say seriously. A man who cries about getting banned from Twitter over tranny drama and talks about it as if it were some kind of biblical event is not a man who has slain his feminine chaos dragons.
