Yes. He found out he wouldn't be allowed to attend, even as a "chaperone", so he tried to make it 12+, as if he couldn't be any more blatant.
Because he's a pedo and doesn't understand shit about how youth organizations work. The reason, FYI, that it was 12 to 24 is that in most places in Canada that I've ever heard of, youth services cut off at 24. That's why it was "Youth 12-24". If the original organization recieved any grants for funding, they would be required to make thier services available to the age range that is considered "youth". Below that is children, above is adult. Most youth services are not pool parties though, so the age range doesn't send up any flags usually. It's mostly services for at-risk youth in general, employment services, therapy, help finding housing, shit like that.

Is there any proof of this at all? The messages in the group wouldn't be deleted if the member is, it just greys out their name. JY was an admin of a local BLOCKWATCH group. JY has also made no effort to really scrub their social at all, so I would be hesitant to take this as truth just yet.
