I want to be wrong on this real bad, but... I doubt that stating you have CP is enough evidence for a warrant in Canada. :mad:

Seems really likely that he has a stash though, his interest in little girls is the only topic he dodges. And that would explain why.
 
He 100% has a stash. Canadian cops are super super quick when it comes to CP allegations (especially after that pool party thing, ugh) and I wouldn't be surprised if a search warrant comes soon. I just want him to get hit with the book of law so bad, it would be the ultimate irony.

Cops stayed for a while and left. They did go up to JY's unit though. Twice in one day they are here! Damnit JY.

If I were to wager a guess, someone familiar with all her bullshit called the police and made either a fake, vague, or embellished report to get cops there. The kind of stuff she is accused of is unlikely to get street units there late at night on a weekday and is more likely to be looked into by investigators who would likely pick her up during the day. Unless rcmp works differently than us cops.
 
Well Jon/Miriam now have the constant police presence that MY demanded for her 32-year-old baby boy. It's almost certain more pd presence will be demanded for tomorrow's bchrt hearing. Thing is, the cops aren't just there anymore for well-baby checks, and they both know it. Any knock on their door, any interaction, from cops now around him at all times could be from the sex police.

He offered it to a minor though. That's what hit me. You cannot make sexually explicit material available to a minor, whether it's legal adult porn or cp. Optimistic but I'm hoping it'll be something like that that allows them to open the door to a search warrant and find the stash that puts him away for a long time.
 
I wonder if he ever sent it to girls outside of Canada. I have personally witnessed Interpol becoming involved with these kinds of scenarios with pedo groomers sending explicit material when it happens across international borders. Those guys do not dick around, and within a couple of months of tipping them off to a scenario not too different from Jonathan, the guy in question was behind bars and soon on the registry for life.

I think most girls who have spent enough time online encounter some freak telling them they'd love to know them when they hit the age of majority. It's a creepy hazard of internet life. What's kind of crazy about watching the Yaniv saga is realizing the scope of these serial predators.

In a way, it's comforting to realize that the fact that these things have happened to so many girls doesn't actually mean there's a gigantic population of online groomer pedos, percentage-wise. Just a smaller number of mass-scale serial predators.
 
This nigga is trying to single-handedly bring back NAMBLA style pedo pride with his 'little girl topless swim parties'. The actual fuck is taking them so long to arrest him? Please don't tell me the actual victim of his PM's has to "press charges" or I'll puke. There's evidence in audio & multiple writings over many years that he's perving on underage girls. It speaks for itself.

IDK what Canada's pedophilia/sex offense laws are like, but if this guy is a reflection of "the norm" up there...yikes. The only other high-profile Canadian case that's coming to mind is the Ken & Barbie murders in which the murderous, raping bitch who killed her own baby sister so her husband could rape her is walking free after a short sentence & now has her own kids. (Karla Homolka & Paul Bernardo IIRC). As much as I hate America's justice system, we don't really play that here which is good. Yaniv would at least be detained & questioned by now.

Is this lump of lard trying to get police protection 24/7 due to "threats" and therefore cement another publication ban / closed court? His martyr complex is stunning.

Waiting for his and momma's wailings of declining mental and physical health as we're overdue for a bout of paralysis, a cluster of strokes, suicide ideation, cancer re-appearance. BTW is the dog dead yet, wasn't it dying the other week?
