Niggerdeath is insanely over-the-top racism intended to amuse edgy 2010's internet kids and upset anybody not in on the joke. Imageboards are another format for internet discussion forums that feature anonymous posting, the most famous one being 4chan. Delisting a website is when google, or the site owners, feel the content is too controversial or offensive and actively block the site from being found by search engines to limit it's exposure. Attached is Yaniv's Response to Civil Claim. There's so much going wrong here:

1) Not how you file a counterclaim.
2) Voyeurism actually isn't sexual assault in Canada, it's its own offence.
3) The Crown isn't proceeding with this. It's one of Yaniv's idiotic private prosecutions (or, more aptly, persecutions)
4) At Div. 4 para. 14, Yaniv copied something from a court case and accidentally misgenders himself.
5) Any defence of qualified privilege for reporting "a crime" to the police doesn't apply to tweeting about it.
6) Yaniv keeps using distinct legal concepts (e.g. general and aggravated damages) as though they are all interchangeable. They are not the same thing.
7) Reading these pleadings makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

He also lied in that statement, saying he "immediately" went to the rape crisis center. Was it one or two days after?
Not the same day, that´s for sure.

All these claims can so easily proven to be wrong.. Really seems to need the attention.
I just wonder - When will he reach his breaking point and do something with real consequences?
 
What a shit show of a document. Even in it JY refers the "voyeurism and sexual assault", making the case for Amy himself. I did research into the criminal code and voyuerism is not a level 1 sexual assault. It has its own section outside of sexual assault.

Also I got curious about the file JY cited as proof that Hamm is facing a criminal voyeurism charge. Searching the case number (omitting the -3 at the end), results in this:

My assumption is that this is another private prosecution by JY. If the RCMP have the evidence then why are there no charges or an arrest?

As an aside, there are 22 Limited Access entries associated with JYs name.

Just searched Twitter for 237805 and it looks like VexLit (not his real name, I think) has been tweeting about a scheduling conflict:

237805 is his "Private Persecution" of Hamm.. 237804 was probably where he breached Donald, (TBH, I forget what the logical assumption about this was.. maybe Rebel, only cuz same day...) and 237805 is where he brings about his claims against Hamm. It was already rescheduled once, and ironically it was rescheduled to the same date and time as his weapons continuance.

And I only count 18 Limited Access rows:

And the annoying thing is that they'll never be known. You can ask the Registrar about them and most of them have been stayed, I think. 237805 looks stupid, he's just trying to pull off some crappy parallel construction.

Actually, it looks like most of the sprang into existence around the Perigee in February. Full moon was Feb9, Perigee was Feb10, and Yaniv had court on 237425 which he kicked down the road to allegedly find a lawyer.
The full moon this month is Mar9, and the perigee is Mar10.

You can do a search if you go in to the Registry or talk nice to a Clerk over the phone, they can usually tell you if it's still on the schedule, when and where it'll be heard, or if it's been stayed by the Crown. You can't actually tell anything about the file until after it's heard, then the crown will either stay the proceedings and dump the information in the garbage, or stay the proceedings and and add a charge to an accused's existing jacket, or in the rare instance of an offence that stands on its own, assume proprietorship and continue the proceedings as its own matter.

Lawyers are just as much out of luck, the only people that really have access are court staff (registry), judges, and crown.

Yeah, Dan is Jonathan's stepbrother. Dan and his sibs seem to be estranged from Jonathan and Miriam.

We leave the step-sibs pretty much out of it on the assumption that they've suffered enough already from being co-products of Yitzhak's jizz.

Correct. The date of the non-incident was Monday, 1/13/20 (the same day that Yaniv smacked Bexte as he left the courthouse). Yaniv went home and tweeted about being a model and sneered at Oger.

On Wednesday, he tweeted about his nails and makeup. About 14 hours later, he tweeted that Amy had sexually assaulted him.

On Thursday, he tweeted his thanks to the rape relief crisis center for helping him. Roughly six hours later he tweeted that he'd called an ambulance at some point.

Could shit like there lead to a perjury charge or must in actually be in court? Of course someone from the Crown would actually have to be proactive.
