Not to mention the fact that women are less likely to sexually assault a hideous ape by groping or touch them. I mean, seriously, no one would touch Yaniv except for Sockness. Useless faggot set out to prove Troon policitics made someone unstoppable to sexually harass and silence anyone who called him out for being the ugly sex-pest in women's clothing he is. Now, he's facing criminal and civil repercussions all while exposing the horror of where making mentally ill a promoted/protected class leads too, I'm loving it. I think Jon should file a counter suit and claim Amy is an alt-right nazi who misgendered him. The Oger had some luck with this approach.

OK maybe I can see why I as counsel might refer to Hambeast as "she" but certainly NOT "transgender activist." At best, I might refer to "her" as "someone whom the BCHRT has found makes false claims of 'transphobia' to advance her extortionate and racist schemes." Amy's counsel would be entirely within his rights to refer to the Hambeast that way.*

*OK well maybe Califeces law differs from Canadian law so there is that.....

Repectfully, it's not about what you would do. There can be good reasons for using their language when you go after them legally. It makes you look reasonable and accomodating. When it comes to law, better to be smart than angry.
