Somehow, he claims to be impaired despite the fact that he owned a 100k/yr business 10 years before being diagnosed. He claims to have designed guitars for Pink Floyd and KISS, but provides no evidence.

He thinks Autists invented most modern technology. "We're the ones who brought you calculus, Pokemon, and much of the art, technology, and creative fire that drives the world forward."

He also claims it was easier to be autistic before the industrial revolution: "Autistic behavior was recognized, but autism as a distinct condition was never described prior to the 20th century because we fit acceptably with the social structures of the time."

I think neurological diversity is something to celebrate because different people do different things. Ten typical people struggled to push a cart with skids, until an autistic guy showed them a wheel.

Other than the autism stuff, is there any Internet-related activity from him?

He is the author of the book "Look Me In The Eye" which my parents made me read when I was diagnosed with asperger syndrome

I read his book. He's really not much of a cow in my opinion, he just rebounded a bit too hard into the neurodiversity movement after quitting Autism Speaks.

Also "he's not autistic because he owned a successful business" is kind of weak.

edit: Yeah actually I think OP's just baiting.

@yuvle smells like an autist with a grudge against other autists. His only posts have been extremely autism-centric: 3 sketchy OPs about autistic people/wrongplanet, and two posts that reek of insider drama. What's the grudge, OP?

So basically you hate other autists who are more successful than you.
