For someone of his fitness it would have to be 1 to actually be affecting him in any major way, especially at his age. I'm pretty sure 2's effects would be minimal if not nonexistent practically since he is not obese.
 
Honestly anybody who hates on Joe Winko is probably jealous they don’t have a sick hat like he does.
