There's no way this clown has the money to hire a lawyer or the competence to even know how. After he spent $20 registering twice on Something Awful (and getting banned both times) he claimed that he would get the FBI to help him get his money back since Peatpot rightly declined to give him the money. Peatpot pointed out that the FBI wouldn't come to the aid of an idiot who lost $20, to which Joe's reply was "They will when they find out I'm disabled, and believe me, I'm disabled."

Developmental disability sounds about right.

I don't have an attorney, wish I did. There is no lawsuit. Hollywood announces projects and cancels them everyday and the indie market is no different so even if there where my defense is strong as the hand of God.

You're right. The thing is they usually don't blatantly screw over investors like you did with @Artard. Unless an enemy of America is threatening terror attacks they an agreement settles things. You just kind of threw @Artard under the bus.

Are you trying to delay my filing to get me into even more trouble? I've lost my wife, the respect of my family and soon I'll lose my liberty, Joe. What the hell more do you want from me? What did I ever do to you other than believe in the integrity of your word?

I want it in writing that I am not the defendant in some frivolous lawsuit.

As I mentioned in our thrilling private correspondence, it's hard to deliver something in writing to a person who refuses to provide their address holy shit what is wrong with you

I'm convinced now that you're intentionally delaying this in order to get me into even more trouble. You're aware that intentional refusal of service is a felony, right?

No one is going to prison, your the only one who says there is a case against me. The reason why I can't give you my address is because someone tried to rob me. I've seen cars parked outside my house at night for no reason which I can only assume is a potential stalker. We also have a storage shed in our backyard with graffiti on it. A pentagram and word I won't say here are spray painted on it. That is why I just can't give you my address are for security reasons, the safety of my family is important. Even if you claimed to be a talent agent from Hollywood you would be treated no different.

Those matters where settled long time ago. @Surtur had illegally uploaded my movie "The Unknown Creature" on his youtube channel. @ChurchOfGodBear publicly stated that he too was pirating my movie by selling bootlegged DVDs. I gave him immunity from civil charges in exchange for a story outline for a film. He can prove that by producing his copy of the contract he signed. The deal with somethingawful came shortly after I started the online forum police. I got a message saying that they wanted me for their staff, so I went I had to pay $10 to join, I figured it was a legit request so when I got banned I thought it was a mistake. I paid another $10 and when I got banned a second time I figured I was someone's sick joke. I start demanding my money back, they refuse, long story short I suddenly get $20 deposited in my Paypal account with a note simply saying "somethingawful" during all three of these incident I never had contact with an attorney. Not even their's.

Your saying your children are on drugs and your wife donated cloths to the Salvation Army, because of me? That doesn't make any sense. You are in Illinois, and I am in South Carolina. This is a clear cut case of my "mistaken identify" and on top of that my identity was stolen in the past. One day I checked my debit card statement and someone used it at a pharmacy in Florida, I've been to Illinois but never Florida. Whoever your getting all this information from you might want to double check your source.
