Hey Joe, what would you be willing to pay for people to work on your movie? Free copies don't count if the movie bombs at the cinema.

I'd agree to that.
I think this is a great answer. Joe, the heartwarming story of the great winter housefire is yours to develop. In addition, I will stop all my efforts to distribute The Unknown Creature. I need to focus on other things now.

As a gesture of good faith, I would even offer my services as a creative consultant for the story. This would strictly be an unpaid position, all I ask is that when the credits roll, it begins with "Special thanks to Michael Snyder"

Deal

By the way, Joe, if you do take ChurchofGodBear to court over his worldwide criminal bootleg empire's production of your humble indie film, don't be surprised if Cyan and I show up!

We will be eager to report on the proceedings.
But I have no idea who this guy is. (:_(

I'll give you a quick summary:

>is the humble and tortured artist behind the notable modern classic "The Unknown Creature"
>had countless copies of his work pirated by those cunning fiends ChurchofGodBear and CatParty
>said fiends made way more money than him and bought an expensive camera and five mansions probably
>nerve-wracking battle fought on this very forum for truth, honesty, great justice, and the fate of "The Unknown Creature 2"

It looks like our services for court reporting may not be required after all, for they seemed to have reconciled and are now working on a new exciting project about pirates, Christmas, and arson. Very promising stuff!

:story:
Since you don't need somebody to drive you to court after all, I'll be on my way then. Let me know if the Christmas/pirate/arson movie is any good.

Me and @ChurchOfGodBear are finally squared away. The contract is signed.

It will be a while before I can make the movie he proposed, hopefully after Unknown Creature 2 and Season 3 of Ziggy the Maniac will it be done.

Now here are the details of Christmas project I had in mind with us. It's a reading of Twas the Night Before Christmas with me reading the story. I would like at least 25 to 30 color images to be in the background. It's a well known story first published in 1823 under the title A visit from St. Nicholas so we good to go. Just use an art medium your comfortable with and send in the artwork. I can do the audio. We might even put this as a book on Amazon as well. Here is the text, let's make it happen.

Color me unimpressed. Why, pray tell, are you unable to do such a simple, babby's first slideshow movie on your own?

Oh I remember that one of your favorite phrases on AtariAge was " Hey, I'm just the idea man!"
