Oh, so it was first posted on the 26th, then had its final sale on the 29th?

I don't usually post this information but to prove a point I should. For every single piracy case I've dealed with Unknown Creature is always the one. This is the sales data from Amazon company CreateSpace from the first sale to the last.

The ones paid are funds received those unpaid are waiting for our minimum threshold

So you've sold 17 copies since it was released three years ago? At that rate it's quite possible that you've sold to everyone who is interested.

4k cameras aren't cheep, the cheapest one on the market is made by Sony and it costs a little over $1,000

If ChurchofGodBear bought one using money selling DVD illegal copies then that would account for more then 17 people

If he did, this would be correct.

quick question

who are you and why should anyone care

I can tell you right now this project has to do with christmas, and "not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse" and I didn't write it.

If you have any artistic skills then I might want you aboard.
Wait so it's a project you MIGHT want him working on? He'd give up his lucrative business for the chance to MAYBE have a job? Fuck that noise.

@ChurchOfGodBear , I really hope you don't give into this dude. With the lack of job security and losing your profits it just isn't worth the risk.

I don't share business plans with movie pirates.

Downloaded a torrent of The Unknown Creature so I could share it with my church group. Was surprised at how much sex is in it. Def not suitable for families.

Don't even try it.

Once @ChurchOfGodBear and I have reached a settlement, I will start selling licenses for public distribution at negotiable prices and I can start recruiting artists for my small christmas project.

How much does a license cost?

Seeing how much a screening can take in with a few cases and how big or small of an audiance you plan to bring in per screening and how many you plan to have.

It would be an up front cost of $40, $60 to $100 with higher cost license holders entitled to free replacement exhibition copies.

Can I get a demo copy upfront? So I know what I'm getting into.

Yes, but hopefully without going to court.

Also, @ChurchOfGodBear is trying to play some stupid game in order to get out of doing what he must do in order to avoid legal action. What he says next to me privately will determine my next move. So if there is anyone where who has studied law you should offer him whatever advice you are able to give him.

You attract more flies with honey than vinegar.

1. I've offered @Surtur a chance to write something with me

2. I've offered members here a chance to do art for me in a short christmas project

3. I am offering exhibition licenses

All in attempt to get fans here to convince @ChurchOfGodBear to settle and so far nothing.

The end of the month is 4 days away if you want a peace of the pie you all need to apply pressure on him.

Again if you were rude to @ChurchOfGodBear, which he seems to think you were, I don't see why he would want to work things out with you. I can't go up to Ti West and go "Hey your movies are shit. By the way lets make a distribution deal." I also don't see how offering a poster an unknown art project with no detail besides saying it's related to Christmas will convince him. Especially when such little detail is given.
