This is not a movie production I'm talking about, someone thought to start a forum about me at a time when intrust in my work was fading. I wanted to do this simple and small christmas project last year but didn't have time or resources or a viable audience.

Whoever's idea it was to mark this thread as "batshit crazy" just doesn't understand me or my fan base including the member who thought about posting a thread on this site about me. Remove that mark it's disrespectful.

@ChurchOfGodBear your running out of time. If you are any bit worried then I am willing to send it to you in writing that you are immune from civil legal action if we reach a settlement.

@ChurchOfGodBear seems to be making money. Maybe you should work a distro deal with him. You make the movies, he sells them. That's called economics.

You expect a kid to do this right, we had to submit the form a second time, because the people at the copyright office said that they needed a notarized letter from me in order to give legal ownership to my brother and parts of the form where done wrong. Second time we got it right.
 
If you honestly think that legal documents would stop people from pirating a movie, you have a lot to learn about the internet. Movies far more high profile than yours have been available for free on the internet forever without the creator's permission

Posting all of your personal info and your address on the internet is usually a bad idea.

I'd say on that note your wrong, the copyright office gives two sets of numbers for each work submitted, there is the registration number which is public information, and then there is the certificate number which is given to the claimant and is private like a social security number which is in the top right hand corner and blacked out. Some people make the mistake of not blacking it out.
 
Unfortunately, @Joe_Cracker , I don't think there's any way to remove the "Batshit Insane" label from this thread, since there's no regulatory agency for online forums.
 
Well, come on, guys. We don't want to give anyone the impression that there are disrespectful people on the Internet. After all, if we let that kind of thing get started here, goodness knows what other kinds of unsightly things would fly in other places around the web. Why, once I heard some strange rumblings about television star Mr. T wanting to eat someone's testicles!

I'm sure there are a number of other things that "Batshit Insane" could be replaced with. Say, "Outhouse Rat", "Goofynuts McWoohoo", "Sanity-Deficient" ...

He gets 30% of whatever is made, the rest is re-invested in future projects. Slow sales plus piracy from 2 recent perpetrators has brought nearly everything to a stop

I think you're missing the point somewhat. He probably wouldn't like his personal information being spread over the internet to any random person who comes by. The business info is completely separate from that.

Also, I doubt the piracy is hurting sales.
 
When was the last purchase before the one on April 29th?
