I now know for a fact that petitiononline.com does not play around, they are serious about helping people getting a message across.

Posted in 2003. Good message for anyone who thinks that Internet petitions can work.

I love his unrealistic expectations for the movie, such as Britney Spears would be playing as Goddess Nayru.

REALLY? I would have NEVER guessed!

Well, he has seizures, like really bad ones. He cant actually work.

Yeah. It's for that reason I want to conclude he's actually worse off than Chris. But then, when Chris gets attention, he merely becomes smug. Joe turns into a royal asshole to anyone who tries to talk to him.

I read his massive long thread on NES/Atari/anything ROM Maker, and I'm reading his IGN Zelda movie one.

I can't believe this guy is so oblivious. Has to be trolling.

No, he has teh 'Tism. He's like Chris was with Sonichu, only with 0.001% more people skills.
0.001% of nothing is still nothing

Man, I just love those GeoCities sites with their clip art GIFs and painful to look at color schemes. Joe Cracker's GeoCities page on his plans for a Zelda film is actually not that bad, all things considered. Looks very 90s though, LOL.

Apart from the rampant Zelda fanboyism though, he doesn't seem that weird from what I've seen so far.

I'm thinking you missed the part where he wants to make a PC program to design NES games, despite admittedly knowing nothing about coding. Or where he started his own online "police force" to keep forums for banning members for being douchebags. Or that he likes to show extreme close-ups of his tartar-ridden teefs. *SIGH*

It's one thing to have a certain political viewpoint, but seriously running as a write-in for Congress like he is, is quite another. Especially the U.S. House. At least start small, maybe run for mayor in your hometown.

He could found Crackerville and be Mayor-for-Life of THAT!

Again, none of that stuff really seems that weird to me. After the Nick Bate thread, this guy actually seems comparatively normal.

Doesn't seem like a bad guy overall, just has a few odd interests and lacks the commitment to pursue some of them (like the coding stuff he may need).

This is amazing... I love how even his own relatives are telling him that a tism kid who knows nothing about government really shouldn't be running for office. Typical Joe... know absolutely nothing, refuse to listen to people who know what they're talking about, follow a plan with no hope for success.

Joe Cracker can't be much worse than anyone we have right now. Of course, that doesn't bode well for Joe or any potential opponents.

And speaking of following plans, I think the idea of a PC program to make NES emulator games sounds cool, but Joe lacks the drive or ambition to see it through by learning about how software works. And even then it's probably way over his head.

The NES ROM maker program is a cool idea in theory, But an actual working program would be so limited in use that he would never justify the research that went into it. The games would never be fun to play, because the code for each would be horribly unoptimized. This has been explained to Joe numerous times, by people who actually make Nintendo games, and he still refuses to acknowledge it.

Oh, and he wants to make the games 3-D by pushing only a button.

There are programs that don't require any coding (or a minimum) to create side scrollers and things like that for Windows, but honestly, I don't know if a program exists to turn them into NES compatible files. I know of these programs because I tried them myself. A little over my head, but I was a kid back then. And I'm not a huge computer person anymore, at least not in that regard. And depending on the programmer, even if Joe Cracker even did write a functional piece, I seriously doubt it would be efficient enough to competently run even an 8 bit game without slowing the framerate to a crawl.

And as far as making them 3D? Well, get yourself some of these and you won't even need to stress your finger.

PC games and Nintendo games are completely different animals. PC games are usually written in High-level languages, and have no dependency on the hardware. Nintendo games are the exact opposite. You can't Genericize machine code In any useful way.
