Jim seems to think that if Grok can produce text that leans in his favor, his court case should be dismissed. What Jim doesn’t realize is that Grok is not an attorney or a judge.

The hard truth about “Pure. Logical. Proof”
What these idiots fail to realize is that just because something CAN be deduced from logic doesn’t mean you’re not held accountable if you’re wrong. Employers make “pure, logical, proof” directives all of the time that result in lawsuits. I’ll give you an example: in middle school a friend of mine’s older brother got electrocuted while at work at Wendy’s. He successfully sued them. The supervisor gave him a direction, based on his “Pure. Logical. Truth” and he was severely injured. And he was later compensated. If anything, Jim’s follower has goaded him into proving HE CAN be held liable because case law is filled with examples of “logical proof” doing damages and injuring others. Matter of fact, Flynn’s entire case presupposes this argument. Flynn’s case says “you’ve deduced things that are wrong using ‘proof’. You’ve injured me. Now you need to tell us the sources of your bad information.” Jim, like the idiot he is, is refusing to tell him of his “Pure. Logical. Proof”. What Jim and his attorney don’t realize is that if Jim provided the source of his bad information, there’s a good chance Flynn would dismiss Jim and go after the source. LMFAO. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face!!
On a side note: I really believe that Jim wants to be sued by as many people as possible because he’s already raised almost $100k on GoFundMe. This is Jim’s new career; he gets sued for being a court jester online.
Beating a Dead Horse
I can’t stress enough how much Jim’s engagement is tanking. He’s either been flagged as potential spam or his followers have checked out. So if his plan is to get sued to earn a living, it’s time for him to find new targets. I won’t beat a dead horse here but his timeline is littered with posts that no one is seeing. The retweet accounts are retweeting and, of course, no one pays attention to them (rightfully so) and they’ve likely been muted.

With the exception of his Thiel and Musk tweet, his engagement is shit. So he may be trying to be used by them lmao. Or maybe he should at least try to get sued by them.
