According to that Reddit thread people in the know were trolling with gift subs to accounts referencing it. Since they met online it was only a matter of time before it became known, so I understand why he would come out and say it.

She looks normal and cute (definitely better looking than his ex). Her social media is mostly her art and pictures of her with her friends; I didn't see any of the troon autism that Jerma's new fanbase is full of. I wish them the best.

After what happened with Vinny Vinesauce, Jerma and Hollulu was very smart to publicly announce their relationship on their own terms rather than letting some obsessive fangirl find out and try and ruin it for her husbando. Hopefully the more autistic parts of Jerm'a fanbase don't give her too much shit and hopefully she can take whatever is inevitable.

As for the character awards, my entry from this year would either be the bear from The Dollhouse or Bugleberry, although Kirboga doing Edna and the scammer at the Dollhouse beats them both out, but they aren't "regular" Jerma characters. I don't have the hateboner for catboy Jerma that most here do, I actually think he's doing an alright job making it a meme considering he's going to get weirdos with it no matter what.
 
This is going to sound parasocial, but I am really happy for Jerma. Kim fucking sucked. His content has been great the past year, so you can tell this one isn't the "soul sucking harpy" that Kim was according to Ster.

My opinion may change if she joins him on stream and becomes a black hole of charisma like Kim.
 
She's in it only for the pro-gamer money, the minute he stops doing hot-tub streams to buy ferraris she's out of there. Think about it, they only started dating after jerma paid up his massive subscriber debt, coincidence?

Back in my day Ster was the chubby couch potato and Jerma was the buff boy. How times have changed.

I didn't really start watching until after Kim, what was up with her? And did Ster really say that? (Sorry I don't know much about that lore)
 
There was a twitch clip of Ster saying it. Basically Ster and Jerma stopped being friends over her for a few years. Apparently she was Jermas first real girlfriend or something like that. Jerma would make plans with Ster for content and then cancel last minute (DND being the big thing), and she was super liberal “feminazi” kind of person.

She was also a twitch mod of Jermas for a bit but would frequently cause drama in chat and ban people. I don’t know much about that since I never really participated in the chat.
