I remember when his video about his gf 'dying' in a car accident came out, Muta of someordinarygamers did a video looking into it as he lives in the Toronto area and contacted authorities to find out if any accidents had been reported in the area at the time Jaystation had mentioned. That's the only reason I remember the guy is Canadian, just because of how bad he fucked up that time

Considering the video on Jay is being made by Nerd City and Colossal I will be surprised if it gets released this decade. I honestly thought the video went down considering all the major shit that has happened since Nerd's last video.

Literally don’t know who Jaystation is. From these pics and what I’ve gleamed about him, he sounds like a piece of shit who should not be on YouTube
HOWEVER, he does bring up a good point. In a better world, he should be able to sue Youtube for this. He built his brand on YouTube on the assumption that he was allowed to given his original channel was terminated, not his associated channel. This is arbitrary enforcement of their policies, likely tortuous interference of a contract, and just plain shitty that they can destroy your entire life’s work/income in one fell swoop because you ran a fowl of someone somewhere. However, article 230 gives them complete immunity to do this. He’s now, essentially, dead in the water for any kind of online commentary because he’s blacklisted for the lions share of the online market, and there’s literally nothing he can do about it. The answer isn’t to revoke 230, but god shit like this makes me want something to change
