What would be on a Janny playlist also works. To get this going, instead of choosing an obvious track for the Janny Anthem, I'll go with something lesser known that fits as the Janny Anthem. Kidz Bop - WAP. Here's a preview of lyrics.

When you say "anthem" does it need to be a song that jannies would play to psyche themselves up, or can it be any song that accurately describes the fate of the janny? Because if it's the latter then there's a famous song about hotpockets, being a big guy (for you) and taking a job seriously even when there's no monetary compensation.

Both just give it context, for example. "This one describes the life of a Janny a real classic and a candidate for the Anthem."
