Probably & technically yes on the first one, Null just needs to add them to the appropriate group, if such group exists (staff powers + pink triangle) which he can create at any point if there isn't one, but unlikely that he would make a "disruptive user" a freaking mod.

The pink dorito is ephemeral, in theory I could see an ex-pink dorito who has stopped being disruptive for a fair length of time making it to janny.
