Asscream was always a can and has zero striking skill. Jake has several years of boxing practice by now, it's obvious he'd be the better boxer than a fat can. That being said, Ben was definitely not out, the fight should have continued.

There seems to be some debate over whether the Logan Paul fight was rigged. Some people think so, but Keemstar doesn't.

As you can see, ol' lovehandles here ate the mat as soon as he went down. He gets up to his feet quickly enough but he's clearly a little dazed. The ref's checking on Askren and Paul's acting like he wants to get a cheap shot in. The ref has to back his ass down before he checks on Askren again. When he stumbles into the ref's arms, the bell is rung and Paul's celebrating his KO against some doughboy fuck nobody's going to remember after tonight.

I have to side with Keem on this one. It looks like the ref made a judgement call in stopping the fight before this boy was beaten retarded.

He looked out as he went to the canvas, smacked it then woke up. Guess Masvidal really cracked his chin...or he didn't have one to begin with.

Imagine having a basketball player last longer than you.

Asscream is a wrestler who lost a boxing match and still got $500k.

Masdival deleted Asscreams chin for good.

Askren didn't dive as much as he never showed up in the first place. I refuse to believe he trained for this fight seriously. He knew what his role was. If Askren had a legit chance to win, this fight never would have happened.

And to be fair to Jake, this is only his third pro fight. They should be giving him easy ones right now. Deonte Wilder's entire fucking career was built like this; hell even Tyson Fury was a cherry pick gone wrong in the first fight.

Boxing Bros did an amazing five part takedown of Wilder's career. This man was still facing guys with losing records like 30 fights in.

Boxing is interesting because you fight cans on your way up until you put on contender fights and even those contender fights are the promoters putting on their fighters. It’s kind of a messed up system because there’s really no incentive to ever put on a truly competitive fight.

I still wont by into the Jake Paul pro boxer shit until he fights an actual boxer with a boxing record. Who has this dude actually fought?

A YouTuber from the Sidemen
A retired basketball player who retired in 2018 and was out of the NBA back in 2016
A retired gold medalist wrestler/MMA star with a hip replacement who was known for being a bad striker

When is Jake going to fight boxing amateurs or legit booster matches? Jake might have some good fundamentals and footwork combined with a powerful punch -- but we also havent seen him against legit boxers either. Jake looks good against legit outsiders (think Mickey Gall vs. CM Punk in MMA), but he still has yet to show himself in the element.

I can understand why people might call the fight fixed -- and thats on the end of the promotion. Between the over-the-top shit performances, to Oscar de la Hoya fucking out of his mind due to what ever drug he took prior, and the whole Tyson fight tie debacle -- Jake might as well just be a pro wrestling star because the dude is just putting up celebrity matches.

The difference is: atleast Bad Bunny, Pat McAfee, and Shaquille O'Neal (shout out to AEW fans) looked more legit and credible than any of these fights.

It's all a circus act and everyone involved knows it. Only when people stop paying attention and the money stops will they worry about changing the formula, right now it's going as intended.

I remember watching that last year. It's truly embarrassing when you break down his record how he was facing a lot of bums and journeymen as the title holder.

Still find it hilarious that he 'cherry picked' Tyson Fury of all people. Probably thought a fat, out of rehab Fury would be easy, but boy did he get surprised. Then he got his ass beat in the 2nd fight.

I think Fury had like 2 tune up fights against guys who were ok as warmups and then fought against Wilder in the most one sided draw I have ever seen. Boxed him up for 10 of the 12 round, but apparently Wilder landing hard twice is enough to completely change the score cards. After that and the revelation that Wilder can't fight off the back foot, no wonder Fury wanted to put him out in the 2nd fight.
