Looking through Garrett's IG it seems that he started working out earlier this year, but of course that doesn't mean much if you're constantly smoking pot and eating garbage. Just a reminder for anyone new: Garrett is Jack's first son, and Jack admitted that he abused him for smoking on more than one occasion, choking him, causing a nosebleed, and kicking him out onto the streets when he was 16. Unfortunately the video where he proudly gloated about it seems to be gone. Hopefully Garrett will make changes to his diet and be a better man than his father.
If nothing else he seems to have surrounded himself with people he cares about, even finding a new father figure who probably doesn't eat a whole serving bowl of cream cheese and peppermints and call it a cheat day.

I hope Son 1 can recover alright. I know someone who's had their gall bladder removed and has Diverticulosis and they're pretty healthy so it's not always a poor health thing- they just can't eat crazy amounts of fat anymore and have to avoid the few things that trigger diverticulosis, but it's not a super limited diet.
If he's a escapee of the Jack brood he might be feeling the effects of learning questionable eating habits, but I'll bet anything he's probably the healthiest of the bunch!
