Give it to me and coin rules go into effect. Anytime a post is reported I flip a coin. Tails they get banned.

It literally can't make things worse than they already are.
 
Can I be a mod for a day, not do any work and then retire forever just for the badge and the large pension, paid in CWCcoin?
 
I enjoy the A&N place but I feel that moderation is impoissble I propose Null recruit from Something Awful or Reset Era.
 
Hey good news! I put my application in last month and fielded questions from our worthless, autistic users.

Since everyone already hates me and since I hang out and shitpost with both sides of our autistic userbase, there really isn't a better choice. Plus if Hulk ends up getting the job, you really couldn't ask for a better counter-balance than me. Double-plus, I have a day job so if I have to post less to do this free job, whatever. So on November 7th vote Mandrake!

If you want some reasons I've got a few.
I'm sick of watching threads fill up with doomers who have nothing to add but insist vehemently the sky is falling. I'm sick of people shitting up threads for petty reasons that could and should be handled in DM's.

Mostly though it's the part where you said to be the change you want to see. My biggest pet peeve is people who sit idly by and complain about how awful things are without lifting a finger to help make things better. I want to put my money where my mouth is, if I can make things at least a little better, then at least I can say I tried. That's more than what a lot of people can say.

I can add that to my self nomination post if you'd prefer.
 
Really the only qualification I'd look for is someone who wants to delete spam and fix duplicate or too similar threads. I'm tired of reading 3 different takes on the same news article in 3 separate threads.

Other than that I'm fine with the Thunderdome being the Wild West of posting.
