is this a hacked Pokemon?

Figured this was the best place to post this. I've been going through my old Y file and having a look at the Pokemon on there when I found the following:

I initially believed it was hacked because it's in a Cherish ball until a friend told me that there had been a Torchic distribution for XY back in the day that came in that ball. Here's where it got confusing for us- it has this particular Ribbon, which it's supposed to have to begin with, but that's a Ribbon that would have prevented this Pokemon from being Wonder Traded in the first place (which I'm almost positive is how I acquired it). That alone makes me think it's hacked, but I'm not 100% sure. Any chance there's someone out here who knows more about this kind of thing than I do?
eta: the autism ratings are probably fair, just figured someone around here might be autistic enough to know something about this

See, that’s the thing. I know it’s supposed to come with that Ribbon, but doesn’t that Ribbon prevent it from being Wonder Traded?

Speed Boost, so yeah. But it shouldn’t be able to be Wonder Traded due to holding a special Ribbon, right??

if you got the game when it came out you probably got it from the event yourself since you just needed wifi for it
dunno if XY have the wonder card gallery for events you've gotten in the past, but you could check that if it does

It does look about right, though I definitely didn’t get it from the original event because I didn’t get a 3DS until 2016.

in that case, and you did get it from a wonder trade, it could be a not-hacked pokemon sent from someone with the game hacked to bypass the ribbon preventing you from wonder trading it
i have no idea if the game checks for the ribbon serverside or not and if it doesn't that would make the most logical sense

So if a Pokemon was hacked to have certain ribbons, it wouldn’t be tradable through WT because of said ribbons if the game wasn’t hacked to allow that?
