Is there a general thread for sharing avatars? - like on LiveJournal where people would make and post a bunch of avatars for people to use

Sometimes I find a picture or meme that would make a great avi, or sometimes people make exploitable/memeable transparent edits or gifs on here that could be used to make great avis. Also sometimes I think about adding to or editing my avi but I may not have the programs or knowhow to make it happen. Is there a general thread for sharing avis for people to use? Also, is there a thread for requesting help with editing avis, etc?

There's probably like a dozen or more of those related to PFPs though. Maybe you can ask the staff here to merge all and make a mega-thread for it.
