is "squirt" actually just pee?

I believe it's deluded processed water. It's like the Lymphatic system in how it seems to be indefinite. Just as a runny nose doesn't seem to quit a good lay can yield seemingly endless nuts.

Irl I'm not sure.
In porn though I recall hearing years back that they keep coffee and stuff around the set so that the women will be able to pee when the time comes to "squirt", which it should be obvious they do because it's not like it's something they're able to do on command.

At the time I learned that, I told some dude I knew who was really into squirting about it and he seemed absolutely crushed. To this day I wonder if I did the right thing.

It is at least mostly urine.

There's vaginal lubrication, and then there's "squirting"-- and the only place in a woman's body that could store the volume of liquid involved in "squirting" is in the bladder. The Skene's glands create vaginal lubrication, but they're way too small and its glandular network doesn't lend itself to high volume or high velocity emission.

You're being peed on, and you're being gaslit on top of that.

I see this as an absolute win.

The female anatomy does produce some kind of prostate fluid minus all the sperm, but people do tend to confuse pee with that, so the answer is unironically yes and no.
