A Gentleman is a man of Honour, Whit, and Skill, a Simpering fool was a man lead by his lust and desire.

Men have fell for hookers throughout history, now it's just decentralised - back in the pre internet era you'd have a guy fall for a stripper who he constantly spend money on and mistook her interest for affection, she'd never fuck him but would string him along for as long as she could.

I've got recounting's of officers and soldiers thinking they fell in love with a local maiden of negotiable effection who played along and took a ring or coin going back to the early greek era coming "home" to there beloved and found she's either fucked off with the money or got a bigger nastyer fucker who beats him senseless and takes his money for fucking with his wife.

Simping is being nice to a woman in the hopes that she will fuck you - it's artificial affection. Men who are simps worship a woman not because they think she's worthy of it, but because he wants to get laid. Chivalry is just being kind to a woman out of manners and respect. They are nowhere near the same.

Being chivalrous was expected of a knight, and it was done face to face.

If you give your seat up on a bus so an old lady can sit down, you could say that's somewhat chivalrous or gentlemanly. Spending a shit load of your hard earned cash on gifting subs to some e-girl on Twitch in the vain hope that she'll one day notice what a great guy you are and pay you some attention is neither of those things. It's just sad.

I think thats what simps would like to believe, but its more akin to a woman keeping a pet.

Simp is a vibe, women can sense desperation. But to be conspiratorial for a moment, I think the powers that be are poisoning the well with these notions to erode normalcy and toxify gender relations as they do racial relations.
