We've passed the First 48 after the Great Denial, and have heard neither hide nor hair of the non-practicing lawcuck.

If he is dead there is no way it was an intentional act of suicide. He probably downed a fifth of whiskey before heading off to the twin cities to score another ounce of coke only to cause the Cuckstang to make sweet love to a sturdy power pole or a girthy Oak tree.

He’s suffered the ultimate narc injury so is in hiding. Mommy and Daddy are probably very angry with him too so he can’t afford any coke or booze.

All things considered, it’s a very grim existence for Rackets at the moment. What do expect him to do? Work? He doesn’t feel like it. You’re not his dad!

This. No judgement could instill a conscience in this trust fund stereotype; so it would have to be misadventure in the course of trying to party as hard as he could before the next court date. The only way Nick would commit suicide is if he ran out of money and was desperate to punish his family for their role in ending his ability to live like a baby at the expense of everyone else's happiness, and for which there was never any question that he was entitled to do so.

Nick is a narcissist and therefore won't kill himself.

He's afraid of being laughed at for being denied the Frank's hearing he smugly assured us he was going to get and is quietly seething while reading the site (hi, Nick!)
