Absolutely.

It is worth it, trust me. Try to not spoil yourself too much, because the plot gets really heavy afterwards.

I know it's really hated for being "le quirky indie game", but it's a really good game, give it a chance.

Meh, I thought it was okay, got about half-way through before setting it aside. Definitely worse games you could waste your time with, but I think it's one of those titles you'd probably have to go through yourself to make a judgment on. It's divisive. Not really my thing, at least.

Heard it was gay
It is. The plot is two trannyfaggots murdered the older sister of one of them in a testerical rage and framed it as a sudoku. They are subsequently "anxious and depressed" about it, and in the "best" ending, they have a lovers' spat and reconcile; otherwise, one or both can sudoku. If you're into faggots murdering women and getting away with it, go play it I guess.

(Remember that early-CURRENT-YEAR wokes said that plots where the writer killed off a woman to make a man sad were bad. Here we have a game about males murdering a female that "captures this sentiment [of overcoming anxiety] masterfully". Total journo holocaust now.)

It's a great game but the tumblerite artstyle can get annoying sometimes and if you're a fully grown adult the emotional aspects of it aren't really gonna be all that impressive to you.

If you like depressing artsy fartsy type stuff, Yume Nikki does it better. If you like good music, I would argue Undertale does it better (although if you're into ambient tracks then Omori's soundtrack is the way to go.) If you like good combat, the Hylics series does it better, I could go on. There's nothing this game does exceptionally well at other than horror, which isn't really something most people care about. It IS however a great all-rounder.
If you're into faggots murdering women and getting away with it, go play it I guess.
And with one sentence, almost all of the registered users on KiwiFarms became Omori fans.
