You can think of capitalism like an amazing chocolate cake recipe, and things like the Dodge v Ford case are dog turds someone went against the recipe to throw into the bowl for no good reason.
Capitalism is like democracy, it's the best system for freedom and choice but is extremly easily corruptible by bad actors and greed. In theory socialism, like dictatorships, while less free could be an incredibly good rigid system to keep a country strong and healthy but could only flourish 1under a benevolent completly moral, uncorruptible and perfectly functioning government that just can't exist.
Capitalism is good, people just need to fight tooth and nail to keep it good.
