I’ve heard some benefits from taking either Krill or Fish oil? Is it true?

Like it’s good for brain health, pain management and heart health?

The benefits are omega fatty acids, which they get from algae. You can get the algae oil directly, bypassing the heavy metal and harm issues. Other sources besides algae are available, such as linseed oil, or direct efa/dha/epa/ala/etc oils. Wholefood options also exist, but of course are more inconvenient. Omegas are important for brain function and preventing dementia.

For the overall health question, eat food and do activities that makes you feel healthy, and avoid things that make you feel unhealthy, and that's pretty much it. You'll only want supplements if there is a general lack of a specific nutrient in your overall diet or you have an issue with absorption.

dont listen to the shills the real benefit to fish oils is the small amount of mercury contained within

Mercury is a superfood as being a liquid metal can supplement native iron in your bloodstream strengthening your bones and muscles and effectively making you into a superhuman

break your nearest thermometer and imbibe of the transformative chemicals within

Cancer maxxing yessir!!!

Also if you aren't a poor siberian child in 1885 who hasn't seen the sun since 2 years before birth, then no, just eat well.

fish yes, big time
krill isn't potent enough to be worth the money and effort

don't buy blindly. just because it says fish oil doesn't mean it has what you want in it. you want the DHA and EPA omega-3s. ALA, from non-fish sources, is pretty much useless. brands: Carlson or Nordic Naturals
