Kengle is a notorious serial killer known primarily for the savage rape, torture, killing, and cannibalizing of several young trans women. Known to the trans sex worker community as "The Birmingham Boiler", he is still at large. When you hear people refer to "the 41%", this is a direct reference to Kenneth Erwin Engelhardts kill ratio. If you see a green 2004 Chevy Astro bearing the custom plates "NIGERIA" please inform local, state, and if possible federal law enforcement. Help stop the madness.
