It sounds like somethings wrong with your vagina and there's some kinda crossed nerves in your pelvis' muscles. I'd seek out your gynecologist's professional advise, but you're probably cursed with this forever.

Try not to strain when you're a passing a turd on the terlet. Just relax, and use a squatty potty to achieve the perfect position for a relaxed shitchute. Once you have acheived enlightenment that crap will tumble out without any unwanted piss accompanying it. You too can achieve terlet mastery, thank you for attending my tedx talk.

One time I wanted to masturbate, but also wanted to poop.
You need to piss to clear the urethra from the semen after masturbating or fucking.
So I pooped without peeing, then masturbated and peed afterwards.
This was my essay on pooping without pissing.

The way I understand it the bladder sphincter is a weaker muscle than the anal sphincter, which means if you push hard enough to poop, pee will have to come out as well.
