No he didn't. He let Tzachor who, to his credit was his long time co-worker who did some of the best episodes for Haim Saban, take over as show runner. Tzachor crashed the show into the ground. Haim Saban had no idea that over 2 decades, Tzachor turned into a complete autistic for Sentai and wanted to turn Power Rangers into the Sentai. Haim never wanted to sell it to Lionsgate, but he had no choice. Tzachor bankrupted the show and franchise. He went wayyy over budget, so much so, that Saban had to personally green stamp every decision for Ninja Steel.
