I used to do it with friends, we lived in a run down apartment in NYC and paid no rent, the landlord just didn't even investigate. It was great, real flop house hours. I loved doing that. I was really into scrapping so I'd break down junk in my apartment and take them to the scrap yard. I kind of miss it, sometimes.
