Yes, actually, because the whole point of veganism is to avoid using products and services which were taken from animals, since animals can't consent (e.g. meat, dairy, eggs, leather, wool, fur, or for labor such as horse-drawn carriages, circuses, zoos, testing, and mounted police).

Anything from humans such as semen, breast milk, hair, and even meat is vegan-friendly, because it can be extracted from a consenting human (presumably).
