Reading through heaps of threads arguing is pointless because it goes like this:

Person 1 : Here's my opinion
Person 2 : But thats wrong all the studies say the opposite
Person 1 : Source?
Person 2 : Here
Person 1 : Obviously biased
Person 2 : Okay here, here, here, here
Person 1 : why do you care so much LOL loser... bye!

There's no point to arguing things will people on here they are just in their own echochambers, probably outside this site too. They probably want to protect their internet egos too.
